Frequently Asked Questions

Is there an age restriction? Yes.  The minimum age to ride is 10 years old.  We recommend 13 and older.  No child under the age of 13 will be admitted without adult supervision.

Can I preorder tickets? No.  We offer in person sales the day of the event only.  We take cash or credit card (fees may apply).  The cost is $20 per rider.

When can I purchase tickets? We start selling tickets each evening at 5 pm.  The first 20 tickets sold will be the first group to go out at dark, approximately 6:45 pm.  We will stop allowing people in the ticket line at 8:00 pm SHARP.

How long is the ride? Once the ride starts, it takes approximately 20 minutes to complete the trail.  Rides begin approximately every 30 minutes to allow for loading and unloading.

How will I know what time my ride will begin? Your ride time will be assigned at the time of purchase.  You will be told what time to check back in.

Is there an opportunity to exit the wagon before the trip is completed? No.  Once the ride begins, it does not stop until the circuit is completed.

How many people fit on the wagon? Our wagon can hold up to 20 people per ride.

Will the actors touch me while the ride is going? No.  Our actors may touch the trailer but they do not touch the riders.

What can I do while I wait for my ride time? Our actors are out mingling with guests from 5 pm to approximately 6:15 for photo opportunities.  Our clubhouse and bar are open for refreshments before and after your ride.  We have several games you can play and photo opp areas while you wait.

Can I drink or eat while on the ride?  No.  Our bar is open for refreshments before and after your ride but no food or beverages are allowed on the hay wagon.
